Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order before it enters production or shipment stages.
Since many products are processed using print-on-demand manufacturing, cancellation requests may not be accepted once production has started.
Cancellation Approval
Cancellation requests are subject to operational status and approval.
Vedisha reserves the right to deny cancellation requests for:
- Customized products
- Printed-on-demand products already in production
- Orders already shipped
Refund on Cancellation
If cancellation is approved before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Fraudulent Orders
Vedisha reserves the right to cancel suspicious, fraudulent, or unverifiable orders without prior notice.
