Return & Refund Policy

Overview

Vedisha follows a quality-focused return and replacement policy.

As several products are custom-made or printed on demand, returns are accepted only under specific conditions.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Refund

Customers may request a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect size delivered compared to order

Non-Eligible Cases

Returns or refunds will generally not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Minor color variation due to screen differences
  • Incorrect size selected by customer
  • Delays caused by courier companies
  • Used, washed, or damaged products after delivery

Mandatory Proof

For claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, customers must provide:

  • Order ID
  • Clear product images
  • Packaging images
  • Unboxing video where applicable

Claims without sufficient proof may be rejected.

Claim Window

Customers must raise complaints within 48 hours of delivery.

Refund Process

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery orders, customers may be asked to provide bank account details for refund processing.

Replacement Policy

If eligible, a replacement product may be shipped instead of issuing a refund.

Return Shipping

In approved cases, return pickup or return shipping instructions will be provided by our support team.

Right to Refuse

Vedisha reserves the right to refuse refund or replacement requests that appear abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with this policy.
